MOVED TO FEBRUARY 22 from February 8 - Trout Fishing Clinic/SWAP Meet in conjunction with Decorah Parks and Recreation will hold a trout fishing clinic from 9am to noon at the Decorah High School, 100 Claiborne Dr., Decorah. All are welcome. This event is free and open to the public. Learn the basics of fly and spin casting, fly tying, equipment, and casting instruction. The chapter will also host a swap meet where items can be bought/sold/given away. Fly tying at Chris Wasta's is moved to the high school for this event. Everyone who ties flies at Chris Wasta's should come here. Bring your own stuff or if you're a beginner, no worries. Equipment will be available. It's a great time to learn by some of the best in our chapter. Refreshments will be available.

March 5 - Driftless Chapter Monthly Meeting at 7pm, Thursday, in the lower level of T-Bocks. 

March 7 - FLY TYING AT WASTA'S RESCHEDULED UNTIL NEXT WEEKEND DUE TO AN OPPORTUNITY TO ATTEND THE HAWKEYE FLY FISHING ASSOCIATION.

April 2 - Meeting cancelled due to Coronavirus.

April 4 - Annual spring stream clean-up will be held on Saturday, April 4, 2020 from 8:30 am to noon. Meet at the campground on 1280 Quandahl Road, 1 mile east of Highlandville. We will focus on cleaning litter from the fishing access areas on North & South Bear, Waterloo and French creeks. Areas covered will be dependent on the turnout. Please bring gloves, water, your own tools, and a smile. The chapter has trash bags and a couple of grabber tools. Hope to see you there. April 25 - This year the Driftless Chapter's Conservation Fundraiser is going VIRTUAL due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19). You may still join the continuing work of providing vital support for ongoing stream improvement work, education of anglers and non-angler alike, acquisition of trout fishing easements. Your help is needed now more than ever. Please consider different donation levels as seen on this form. 

Let's have fun with this and see how much money we can raise now through Saturday, April 25.

May 7 - Driftless Chapter Monthly Meeting at 7pm, Thursday, in the lower level of T-Bocks.

June ? - Kids trout fishing adventure with Decorah Parks and Recreation and Iowa DNR at the Decorah Fish Hatchery from 3pm to 4:30pm. Kids will be able to learn about fly and spin fishing from local experts and even try their hand at their newly learned skills. Kids may bring their own equipment. Bait will be provided. Please register through Decorah Parks and Recreation.
